The Hon Owen K Darrell, JP MP, Minister of Tourism & Transport, Culture & Sport attended CARIFESTA XV in Bridgetown, Barbados to celebrate Bermuda's participation. The Bermuda Delegation was represented by 18 creatives across dance, music, visual arts, film and literature. The Minister was accompanied by technical officers from the Department of Culture. Bermuda Night at Golden Square Freedom Park featured performances by the delegation presenting the Bermuda story.
