Overseas Territories Attorney-General's Conference 2015

Conference of the British Overseas Territories Attorneys-General The conference was chaired by the Solicitor General from the United Kingdom, Mr. Robert Buckland QC MP. Other than Bermuda, territories in attendance included but were not limited to the Pitcairn Islands, the Falklands, Cayman Island, British Virgin Island, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos Island, Guernsey and Jersey. Presentations were made by most countries in attendance. Discussions centered around issues of Law Reform in Overseas Territories; Child Safety, Vulnerable witnesses, Transparency in the Financial Service Industries, Beneficial ownership, and Tax Treaties.
