2025 Primary School Track and Field Championships

The Department of Sport and Recreation, in partnership with the Bermuda School Sports Federation, proudly hosted the 2025 Primary School Track and Field Championships on May 14 at the National Sports Centre.

Minister of Tourism & Transport, Culture & Sport, the Hon. Owen Darrell, JP, MP, shared his reflections, stating, “Seeing our youngest athletes give their all on the track and field was truly heartening. The enthusiasm, determination, and sheer joy on display today speak volumes about the positive impact of youth sport. These kinds of events are crucial in helping children develop healthy habits, teamwork, and a sense of achievement.”

The Department of Sport and Recreation would like to congratulate the students who participated and expresses sincere appreciation to the Bermuda School Sports Federation, educators, coaches, and volunteers whose efforts made the event such a vibrant celebration of primary school athletics.
