The Department of Financial Assistance wishes to advise clients that a technical issue delayed payments yesterday, however the matter has been resolved, and payments will be made today. 

The Department is actively working with the Accountant General and the relevant banking institutions to ensure that all transactions are completed successfully and without further disruption. Clients who were impacted by this issue will be notified directly once payments have been fully processed.

The Department sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the public’s patience and understanding.
