DPT Advises of Bus Delays Due to Traffic Accident

The Department of Public Transportation (DPT) is advising the public of bus service delays this afternoon, Monday, 3 November, due to an accident involving a truck in Paget, near the Paget Pharmacy and the Ice Queen complex. Buses are currently unable to pass on the inbound or outbound lanes, and the suggested alternative routes are unsafe for buses. Consequently, student bus services this afternoon are delayed. The DPT, committed to ensuring the safety of all passengers, has contacted schools to advise that, once the accident site is cleared, all school buses will proceed to the assigned schools to collect students.
