Today an extraordinary municipal election was held at Penno’s Wharf Cruise Ship Terminal in St. George’s, to return the seat of Municipal Residents Councillor, to the Corporation of St. George.
At the end of polls Mr. Nyon Dowling was declared the winner, with the votes being shared:
