Final Reminder: Real Estate Licence Renewal Deadline Approaching

The Real Estate Licensing Authority reminds all licensees that September 20, 2025, remains the legislated deadline for submission of renewal applications for the 2025/2026 licensing period.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their renewal applications on or before the legislated deadline, even if supporting documents are outstanding, such as Criminal Background Checks or Letters from the Magistrate’s Court. Please clearly indicate any pending items in your submission email to help ensure your licence remains active and does not lapse.

Applications received after September 20 may be considered late and could result in a lapse of licence if not properly documented or submitted within the grace period.
