Letter of Condolence Re: Stanley Lowe

Earlier this week, Premier the Hon. David Burt, JP, MP, sent a letter of condolence to the family of the late Speaker of the House of Assembly, Mr. Stanley W. Lowe OBE, JP. With the kind permission of the Speaker of the House the letter was read into the House record during today’s proceedings.
