Nomination Day Announced for Extraordinary Municipal Election – Corporation of Hamilton

The Parliamentary Registry advises that Nomination Day for the Extraordinary Municipal Election for Business Ratepayers in the Corporation of Hamilton will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul Centennial Hall, City of Hamilton.

This election is being conducted in accordance with the Parliamentary Election Act 1978 (as modified by the Municipalities (Election) Order 2015). 

Nomination papers must be submitted in person during the designated hours. Business ratepayers wishing to stand for election are reminded that all nomination documents must be properly completed and submitted in line with the statutory requirements.
