Premier Interviewed by Nasdaq's Spotlight and AM BestTV

Premier and Minister of Finance, the Hon. David Burt, JP, MP, during a recent trip to New York, was interviewed by Lyanne Alfaro on Nasdaq's Spotlight. 

The Premier answered questions on why Bermuda has moved into the FinTech space and how the island is promoting economic growth and success. Premier Burt also discusses the legislation created to encourage banks to provide their services to FinTech companies and the competitive advantage Bermuda will have when E-ID is introduced next year.

Last week, while on the Island for the Convergence 2018 conference, Meg Green of AM BestTV interviewed the Premier about Bermuda becoming a centre for innovation. The interview highlights the legislation and regulations that have been put in place to encourage innovation within the FinTech industry.
