Premier statement in commemoration of the anniversary of the tragic events of September 11

Premier, the Hon E. David Burt, JP, MP released the following statement in commemoration of the anniversary of the tragic events of September 11:

“The tragic events of September 11, 2001, claimed the lives of nearly 3000 people, including Bermudians Rhondelle Tankard and Boyd Gatton. Today, as many countries pause to reflect on this day, we remember Ms. Tankard, and Mr. Gatton, and continue to keep their friends and families in our thoughts and prayers.”
