Premier Welcomes Usain Bolt to the Cabinet Office

Premier the Hon. David Burt, JP, MP, this afternoon welcomed eight time Olympic Gold Medalist and Digicel’s Chief Speed Officer, Mr. Usain Bolt to the Cabinet Office.

Premier Burt said, “It was great for my Cabinet colleagues and I to spend a few minutes chatting with Mr. Bolt, after which we were joined by students from the Central Zone Community Centre’s Middle School Afterschool Programme. Mr. Bolt took pictures with the students and signed their tee-shirts. It was a thrilling opportunity for our students to shake hands and talk briefly with this world class athlete."
