Private Acts Companies

The Registrar, as part of its international obligations is conducting an audit of Private Act incorporations. All entities incorporated pursuant to a Private Act which are not administered by a corporate service provider are being asked to provide the Registrar with the following information:-

• The governing Private Act,
• The Memorandum of Association
• The current activity of the Company/Body Corporate

We would request that such entities provide the above information to the Registrar no later than 7th October, 2019.
