Reminder from the Registrar General

The Registrar General today issued an advisory to remind the public that, pursuant to recently made amendments to the Charities Act 2014, it is now mandatory for all persons that currently operate or administer a Privately Funded Charitable Trust or a Privately Funded Charity to register with the Registry General.

This notice applies to all entities that are not currently being administered by either a licenced Cooperate Service Provider or a licenced Trust Service Provider.

All entities should have been registered with the Registry General by November 10th 2018.
