TCD Offers Private Vehicle Licensing Call in Service

The Public is advised that starting today (20 April) and until further notice, the Transport Control Department will offer call-in services for customers with private vehicle licenses that expire in April or May only, who wish to have them relicensed and do not have access to the Internet.

The service will be available on weekdays between 8:00 am and noon. Customers are advised to call 292-1271 and enter either extension 2138 or 2363.

To be clear, this service is for those individuals without Internet access and unable to access the online eTCD system to complete the vehicle licensing process.

Individuals with Internet access are encouraged to continue relicensing their private vehicles online using eTCD, and reserve this call-in service for those without Internet access.
