Temporary Closure of Robinson Bay Park for Essential Works

The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advises the public that Robinson Bay Park, located on Northshore Road, Devonshire, will be temporarily closed from Thursday, 13 March, for approximately one month.

This closure is necessary to facilitate essential repair and installation work for the adjacent Tynes Bay Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Plant.

Ministry crews will undertake important infrastructure improvements to ensure the facility's continued efficiency and operation.

The public is urged to avoid the area during this period and to use alternative parks and open spaces. The Ministry appreciates the patience and cooperation of residents and visitors while these important works are carried out.
