Cleaning Services at the Dame Lois Browne Evans Building

The Judiciary invites bids for the provision of office cleaning services for its facility located at the Dame Lois Browne Evans Building ("DLBEB"), 58 Court Street, Hamilton HM 12 for a one-year period April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021. This may be extended for up to twelve (12) months based on availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the contractor.

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting Details

The bidder’s designated representative is invited to attend a pre-bid meeting. The purpose of the meeting will be to allow respondents to familiarize themselves with the premises and the general scope of works. The bidder is requested, as far as possible, to submit any questions in writing, to reach the Contact not later than two (2) days before the meeting. Non-attendance at the Pre-bid meeting will not be a cause for disqualification of a bidder. All Respondents must arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Respondents will be required to sign-in. Please advise in advance your attendance by sending an email to cthompson@gov.bm. Please note no more than two representatives from each service provider.
