Commercial Activity Within Government Parklands 2020
The Department of Parks is seeking proposals from suitably qualified concessionaires to provide beach and or park concession services for the 2020 Summer Season, from 1 April to 31 October.
The locations and number of concessions are:
- Church Bay Park (1 concession)
- South Shore Park - Horseshoe Bay (2 concessions)
- Admiralty House Park (1 concession)
- Shelly Bay Park (1 concession)
- Kindley Field Park (1 concession)
Proposals may be submitted for one or more concession locations, however, only one will be awarded per concessionaire. To collect the Commercial Activity application form and concession location maps, please visit the Department of Parks' main office reception desk, at Global House, Ground Floor, 43 Church Street, Hamilton.
When submitting proposals, all supporting documents along with the completed Commercial Activity application form, must be hand-delivered to the Department’s main office reception desk, by 4:00 pm, Friday, 10 January 2020.
Submissions delivered late or by any other means will not be accepted.
