Proposals are invited from experienced architectural and engineering consulting firms for professional support services for the development of a RFP specifications for the Building HVAC and Lighting Capital Project.

The selected firm will be required to work under the direction of the Tynes Bay Maintenance Engineer or designate to manage and undertake the planning, design and installation for the proposed works, including but not limited to research and investigations, preparation of RFP documents, project management, site supervision and contract management.

Site Meeting:

The site visit will be held on Friday April 20, 2018 @ 10:00am. Attendees shall meet at Tynes Bay Waste to Energy Facility Main Building Conference Room. The site meeting is not mandatory but is suggested.
