External and Internal Painting of Nine Government Schools

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for External and Internal Painting of Nine Government Schools, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").

It is the Government's intentions to enter into contract with one or more legal entities for the interior and exterior painting services for NIne Government Schools.

Pre-Bid / Site Meeting

The mandatory site visits will be held over a two-day period where one day will cover the Eastern sites and the Western sites the second day.  Site visits will be held on Wednesday April 2, 2025 and Thursday April 3, 2025.  Bidders should attend the site visit(s) they choose to bid on at their corresponding time which is outlined below.  Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission.
