This document serves as a Notice of Cancellation
The Request for Proposals for Floating Ferry Dock Refurbishment has been cancelled in its entirety without award due to the economic or technical parameters of the project having changed fundamentally.
The Government appreciates and understands firms went through great effort in preparing a response for the above mentioned RFP.
