Lefroy House Dining Room, Kitchen, Break Room and Pantry Renovations

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Lefroy House Dining Room, Kitchen, Break Room and Pantry Renovations, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").

This project is comprised of providing all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and services to undertake the interior soft demolition and renovation of the Dining Room, Kitchen, Break Room and Pantry all as per the attached drawings A1. 0-8, A1. 11-12, D1. 1-4, MEP1. 0-2, M0.0, M1. 0-1, M2. 0-1 and M3. 0-1. located at Lefroy House, 7 Heydon Road, Sandys MA 01.

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting

The bidder's designated representative is invited to attend a site visit and pre-bid meeting.  The purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage of the procurement.  The bidder is requested, as far as possible, to submit any questions in writing, to reach the RFQ Contact not later than one week before the meeting.  Non-attendance at the site visit/pre-bid meeting will not be a cause for disqualification of a bidder.
