Microsoft 365 Licenses

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Government of Bermuda to submit sealed quotations for the supply of Microsoft 365 licenses under a three‑year Enterprise Agreement.  Note that the request for Microsoft M365 licensing is due to an implemented standardization program and is required to ensure business continuity.

Respondents must be Microsoft Authorized Licensing Solution Providers (LSPs).

The timeframe for activation of these licenses is March 31st, 2026.

If documents are larger than ten (10) MB please send them within a zip file.

In the subject line of the email, please state the RFP title. Please ensure to send a copy of your proposal in MS Word and/or Adobe PDF format.
