Request for Proposal: Provision of Professional Services for Skills Analysis

The Government of Bermuda is desirous of implementing a new organizational structure for its Human Resources function which will more effectively provide the resources and capabilities for the development and transformation of the workforce. In order to implement the new structure, Government is seeking a consultant to undertake an independent and comprehensive review of the current and future workforce required to support the new roles within the Human Resources function.
