Request for Technical Consultant for Integrated Resource Plan Evaluation
The Department of Energy seeks proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide technical assistance with the development of the Department's response to the Regulatory Authority's proposed Integrated Resource Plan (IRP), published on Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018. The successful proponent will review the IRP in the context of the National Electricity Policy published in 2015, and provide advice and guidance to the Department within that framework, with critical examination of assumptions made in the IRP, solutions provided, and suggestions for more suitable solutions if appropriate.
