Tynes Bay Waste to Energy Facility - Stack Refurbishment
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Tynes Bay Waste to Energy Facility - Stack Refurbishment as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").
The Government of Bermuda's Tynes Bay Waste to Energy Facility would like to enter into an agreement with a suitably qualified Contractor to provide rehabilitation services for the concrete stack and flues. The work includes re-lining the tops of the two metal flues, improving lightening protectin, painting, removal of debris, lighting protection upgrades, painting the concrete stack as well as general maintenance.

Pre-Bid / Site Meeting
The bidder's designated representative is invited to attend a Pre-Bid meeting. The purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage of the procurement. Non-attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting will not be a cause for disqualification of a bidder. The Pre-Bid meeting will place:
