- Anyone registering an overseas partnership operating in or from Bermuda under the Overseas Partnership Act 1995
- Anyone registering an exempted partnership under the Exempted Partnerships Act 1992
Which certificate do I use
Certificate of Overseas Partnership - requires the partnership name, general partner, resident representative, registered office, and the law governing the overseas partnership
Certificate of Exempted Partnership - requires the partnership name, general partner, registered office, and resident representative
How do I apply
Download and complete the applicable certificate, with the name and signature of the authorised person making the declaration. Submit the completed certificate to the Registrar of Companies.
