CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
UNDER SECTION 42(1)(b)(iii)
The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers
conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(1)(b)(iii) of the Insurance Act, 1978,
(“The Act”), hereby cancels the respective Insurance Broker registration granted
to the said Company under the Act, effective 28th February 2013:-
