Notice is hereby given that Barbara Higgins Epifanio, a American citizen, is applying to the Minister responsible for sanction to acquire leasehold interest in the property known as “Tanikos”, 25 Ships Hill, situate in St. George’s Parish, HS02.

N.B. Any person who knows why a sanction to acquire property in Bermuda should not be granted to the applicants should send a written statement to the Minister for the Cabinet Office, 105 Front Street, Hamilton HM 12, no later than the 21 October, 2020.
