From April 1 2023, the Bermuda COVID-19 vaccination certificate will no longer be generated. Residents who receive COVID-19 vaccines from April 1 2023 onwards and need an updated copy of their COVID-19 vaccine history must request a copy from the Department of Health’s EPI Program by emailing: immunizationrequest@gov.bm. The turnaround time for filling certificate requests is approximately one week, so plan ahead if these are required for travel.
